Shipping policy

Signal Flares Inc. cannot export its product outside of Canada. The purchaser acknowledges and agrees that he/she shall not transfer, delivery or send Signal Flares Inc. products outside the jurisdiction of Canada for any purpose. Further, the purchaser represents and warrants that he/she is over the age of 18 and has sufficient training in the handling, transportation, use and discharge of the cartridges and the flare pistols. Additional shipping fees of up to $15 CDN may be applicable.
